I want to buy iPhone 12 with 0% interest monthly installment (24months). It seems that switch, machines, and mac city all require you to purchase the phone with something else(i just want the phones).

Do you guys know of any options to purchase only iPhone 12 with 0% interest?

Switch don't need you to buy anything else other than the phone to qualify for the 0% interest installment plan.

with 0% interest the merchant will need to absorb the bank fees, which is why they want you to purchase something else to recover their loss. You need to understand this first.

If your CC has it, just buy and then call bank to convert to 0% installment.

if ur using maybank. they are offering ezypay plus up to 12months. so just swipe the card at any shop or buy through apple website. then go to maybank2u and apply for ezypay plus 0% interest. i didnt know maybank had this. i think this is new and also limited time up until 31st dec 2020. they show in their website.

senheng, harvey norman can do instalments,but usually u need to be a member, senheng only RM12. other option, if u using maybank cc, just buy from the apple store, then you can convert the transaction into ezypayment instalment, zero interest now for any purchase exceeding 1k until 31dec 2020.

yes, can do installment using citibank. using citibank lagi untung cos you can get extra two years warranty from senheng if im not mistaken. can check their website.

If they don’t want to offer instalment then don’t offer it. If want to offer then don’t be scummy and do all these. Not like if pay cash can get the phone cheaper than paying with credit card anyway since they don’t have to pay the bank fees.

if a merchant need to do all these funny tricks to maximize profits, just walk out the door

Blue tick = need buy something else (accessories, protection plan etc.)

If want 24 months installment without buying anything else, need to have Citibank / HLB CC

Yups, i bought my iPhone from switch using Maybank cc. What’s nice is that other than 0% instalment, they gave me a RM100 voucher for me to buy iphone’s accessories since Maybank has promo that time.

Some findings. Sen-Q provide 0% interest but with small fee for 24 months installment. The fee is quite small. Around RM90 for pro max. Unlike Harvey Norman where you have to purchase useless shop insurance for RM1000+. Still no stock though. Preorder open mid december for sen-q.

Do you know if switch accept Maybank american express credit card?

Shud be. You can call in to your nearby Switch and ask too.

Different switch outlets may accept different cards/installment plan..try to check with a few outlets..
