Hi guys, noob question re:backwards compatibility here.

I don't have a PS4, looking to get a PS5. If I get the PS5 Digital Edition, will I be able to go into the PS Store with a new PS account and buy PS4 games, to be played on my PS5? Or is the backwards compatibility thingy only works if you purchased the PS4 games on a PS4.

My feelings tell it should be fine, just making sure that is the case.

After much plot twist, at the end I able to secure my pre-order    ,my retailer seems pretty confident the stock and games will arrive on time.
