I think many people don't understand how pre-order work..HG did mention it is first come first serve basis, however the number of stock is limited to unit itself (i.e. digital pickup, digital delivery, disc pickup, disc delivery etc.)..so even if you are one of the early one, but if the digital unit is already sold out, you will still not get it. But if there are others who order later, but luckily on unit that are still in stock, they can still get it.

Although I agree, HG should improve on its ordering system..i.e. no duplicate id to avoid confusion (currently order id is based on time of order, so there will be duplicate).

However, I still think HG did much better than other store who is also doing PO.

They provide the list in their fb group. Or you can also whatsapp them to check whether you are on the list.

Actually, based on their whatsapp msg, they are going to use their own trusted driver. Its just that the delivery charge will follow grab charges.
