I think there are 2 things you may need to take note before going into panic mode. But certain things, like coil whine cannot.

If you are looking into a troubleshooting thread, sure 100% of the post there are talking about PS5 failure in certain of extend.
Secondly, it's a new launch, every post even in reddit will mainly talk about issues and faulty, but we will not know how many % of them face such issues, probably just minority.
yes, we need to be caution at time, but there're always the risk to take when purchasing the first batch and one should understand this before they PO.
