yet still got ppl falling for it

most famous one are during the PS2 days at Sg Wang/Imbi

usual modus operandi is like
me: got PS2? how much?
shop: got! RM1000
me: wow! that's a lot cheaper than other, I'll take one please
shop packing your PS2, then show you the bill, RM1500
me: what? you say it's RM1000 just now??!!
shop: yes, RM1000 for unmodded, this one is special modded one, come with extra controllers also, and free 20 games for you, also got a free stand leh, it's very good price already!!

me, put my money back into wallet & walk away while the shop shouting vulgar words at me...

GH today is no difference than those scammers back in the days

don't think GH will lose their PAD license from this incident alone

IMO, the most they'll get is a warning from Sony M'sia, a simple slap on the wrist that's all

they've been selling Sony's stuffs for so long, in fact one of the pioneer in M'sia, they can just use that track record & past sales volume to appeal in the worst case scenario that their license are revoked. Also what GH did is in the grey area, they didn't sell the console more than the RRP which are against Sony's rule, and most likely in Sony's T&C didn't state any rules for "forced bundles".

So yeah, come next year we will still see GH selling tonnes of PS5 with lots of ignorant gamers buying from them.

WTF RM150 bucks shipping from west to east? I can ship a PS5 all the way from the states with that same shipping fees

this is most likely due to the "service" offered by those PS5 console owner to claim the "free" games for a small fees

just imagine, one PS5 console with more than 10 registered accounts? How is that normal? Sony will be able to detect that anomaly easily

Hence that PS5 console will get banned, together with all of the registered accounts on it

But if you're just helping out a friend or two to claim it, I think it's pretty safe as it won't raise a red flag at Sony's monitoring system

chill guys, both DS4 v1 v2 both sucks in battery life IMO

IMO v2 got slight edge in batt life only, but poorer built quality especially the analog stick, i already got 2x v2 with L stick drifting, no issue with v1
similar experience with my friend's v1 v2 also
