I mean't those who pre-ordered from Sony OS Store on Shopee which comes under Shopee Mall. All items under Shopee mall would need to have the items shipped to Shopee's own warehouse first before being shipped out again to buyers. Hope that clarifies.

U can choose which logistics u want to use (just tried with buying random stuff on Sony Shopee)

Well.. usually suppliers will stock supplies at their warehouse, which explains the fast shipping and arrival at buyers place. The whole idea of shopee mall is to guarantee authenticity and readiness of stocks. Lets wait and see if buyers from Sony OS online will get their stocks shipped directly from Sony or Shopee warehouses.

Mine is going to be PosLaju if i am not mistaken.

I believe Sony Malaysia by now already got their stock ready at their main warehouse .Right now maybe they are working on labelling/arranging/allocating units shipment to different distributor across Malaysia.

Those distributors even though they already know the status by now but they won’t tell you the status because each statement they make they will attract thousand of question/phone call/ hassle enquiries from customer .
You know sometime we customers are quite “annoying” don’t you think?


Those who pre-ordered online can start to stay tune,maybe by end of this week or early next week will receive some email update like orders tracking number and shipment status etc...

Probably they are printing your label tag, and already start packing etc.

If I am Sony,I don’t think I will just only start printing ,packing and ship your order on 11th Dec 2020.
Especially deal with this kind of high demand and sensitive product where even slight delay can bring a lot of hassle phone call,questions,email ,complain from customer .They sure know this and they don’t want that drama .... for sure.

If I am Sony I will start prepare everything a week or 2 before launch date.

So just chill, relax and wait for it. Not like there's much we can do about it.

I also wish I will receive WA message from Sony SG to ask me collect my PS5 earlier instead of late Dec.

no thats not right, i purchased ghost of tsushima from sony.os on shopee, item was sent from shah alam straight to me.

That is better for sure larh, consoles games are optimized for the hardware thats why consoles still can get good enough performance.

Of course better but no controller, SSD and Team Red CPU

The 3060ti on all accounts is better than the PS5's GPU if you just want to talk technical specs and nothing else.

But you gotta put price into the context, when the latter is punching so far above its weight that it actually makes the 3060ti looks like a stupid value.

2299 for a PS5 gets you a complete system (albeit half baked), 2299 for a GPU alone is no different than a door stopper.

Consoles will never sit on the same plane as pc. Lets just leave it at that

Probably less, but having an API that doesnt have as much overhead as DX12 or Vulkan will help.
