Why the hassle to sell your ps4 so fast? 1. PS5 is not yet reach your doorstep.  2. You never know whether the PS5 got any issue or not.

Better wait for the moment you get your PS5. Test everything until you are satisfied. Then only sell your ps4. If anything bad happens, you still have your PS4 to company with you.

And don't worry. PS4 still have 2-3 years life cycle to go. You will still be able to sell it next year.

I think he was referring to the Facebook post above. The guy chose the option to have a refund but was told that it will take 2  months 

The guy from FB, Charles. One thing I noticed different was he never receive the PO confirmation email. while most of us here did I believe. At least I did receive the PO confirmation and also from the sony store website has confirmed that my account has one item purchased.

It seems they can made payment but ipay88 didn’t auto decline the transaction

Not worried about at all. Called up SH and they confirmed that all who manage to pre-order will get their units once it arrives, the same time as per Sony Malaysia preorders, unless stocks are delayed by Sony themselves. I think someone else here got the same reply from them. When I enquired the phone call about cancellation to some forummer here, he mentioned he has no knowledge of it.

So there you have it. Dont worry, you will get your set on time.

Could say so. Thats why I said Im not worried at all. Even the guy who claimed so here said he heard it from a third party or something. I dont think any forummer here received the call themselves. So stopped worrying for nothng.

I propose if Sony email us to delay us yet prioritise preorder that happened after us, we reply them we wish to bring the matter to consumer tribunal.

See whether their manager want to attend consumer tribunal or not. 

In reality, most businesses would avoid going to consumer tribunal. My family member did it with Senghxng, they compromised after being issued the letter to go consumer tribunal.
