Anyone of you start to go pick up those physical PS5 games like from those retailer like GH or Impulse.



I believe the game wont be sold out like those PS5 console right? Games copy will have a lot right?

Some of the PS4 have free upgrade, but I prefer to have those White top PS5 Logo on the front disc cover Haha.

Instead of the Blue PS4 logo which we have been live it with for the last 7 years.

Sometimes I just wonder.
When we customer ask question, we always get this kind of reply like below, but I know cannot blame them though haha
But is there really any rules for those working at customer service ?Have to give this kind of answer?

Q:Today is the launch day, can I go pick up the item today?
A:We will update you when it is ready for pickup.

Q:The product is launching soon next 2 days , can we start pre-order?
A:Sorry we don't have any news yet.

Q:How long will the item ship and reach to sarawak or sabah?Will I receive it on launch day?
A:Delivery will be commence mid of Dec onwards, you will received email when the item ready to be shipped.

Q:Will the item stock in by Tomorrow?
A:Sorry we don't have any stock on hands at the moment. We don't have any news at the moment. Please check at our website for stay updated.

I heard from 1 forumer here, during PS4 time back in 2013

The shipment started 1-2 days before the launch date and will received email that the item being shipped.

Then by launch day morning, GDEX passed the package to him

Called poslaju today and they told the DualSense package has arrived ,I straight away go my nearby house poslaju office pickup

From Gameshop Qishan,cheaper RM304

I order last week wednesday and then shipped out on thursday, supposed arrive by Friday or saturday, who knows Poslaju sent wrong to Johor Segamat, then today received at Penang

I believe Sony Malaysia by now already got their stock ready at their main warehouse .Right now maybe they are working on labelling/arranging/allocating units shipment to different distributor across Malaysia.

Those distributors even though they already know the status by now but they won’t tell you the status because each statement they make they will attract thousand of question/phone call/ hassle enquiries from customer .
You know sometime we customers are quite “annoying” don’t you think?


Those who pre-ordered online can start to stay tune,maybe by end of this week or early next week will receive some email update like orders tracking number and shipment status etc...

Probably they are printing your label tag, and already start packing etc.

If I am Sony,I don’t think I will just only start printing ,packing and ship your order on 11th Dec 2020.
Especially deal with this kind of high demand and sensitive product where even slight delay can bring a lot of hassle phone call,questions,email ,complain from customer .They sure know this and they don’t want that drama .... for sure.

If I am Sony I will start prepare everything a week or 2 before launch date.

I called Harvey Norman just now,the guy said confirm stock will be arrive next week,but it is on 12-13 Dec 2020.They just had meeting with Sony yesterday,although launch date is 11th Dec,but the stock will be arrive 1-2 days later

So consider good news or bad news?

For my friend one ,he ordered Sony store online,let’s hope he will get tracking number starting anytime of the week,and see if he got his PS5 on 11th Dec 2020
