Samsung Galaxy S8Plus Storage, Keep giving me low memory warning

Hi all sifu, My Galaxy S8Plus keep giving me low storage even after I clear a lot of files. As per the image, my total usage is less than 20GB but the phone showing me that I have used 57.4GB. Do the system need more than 30GB? Any advice?
