Do you guys use CleanMyMac X on your new MBA M1? I ordered mine with 16gb RAM, but when I check on CleanMyMac X, it usually says I only have available RAM of less than 300MB. And I only have WhatsApp, Safari and Mail running.

Thanks for the replies! Got another question, is it safe to install Windows on the M1 system using Parallel? I'm hesitating, but I've got a project that requires the use of a software that is only available on Windows.

Yes that is because the difference in OS is that MacOS tends to utilise all of the available RAM in the system even when there are minimal apps running.
The new mantra is "Unused RAM is wasted RAM" and now Memory Pressure (not free-memory), is the new metric to follow. (Green is good).

So the higher the green bar the better?

Has anyone used the Mac M1 in clamshell mode with a bluetooth keyboard? When I need to enter my password to login during a fresh startup, I can't use the bluetooth keyboard because it's not connected yet? So I always have to enter view its built-in keyboard first. Once logged in only I can start using the bluetooth keyboard. Is that normal?

That doesn't sound normal at all, I use both my MBA and MBP M1 in clamshell mode but I connect to them using the Apple Wireless Keyboard (gen 1) though.

Are they connected immediately even before you login to your account? I mean, when you start up fresh, there's usually a login page where you enter your password. Can you enter your password using the bluetooth keyboard? Btw, my keyboard is connected directly via bluetooth and not USB receiver. Not sure if that makes a difference.
