What would be the difference getting from MY or SG store?

just received the MBA, coming from SG. purchased from Apple website on 10th early morning.

i bought one usb c hub from ugreen, however it seems sluggish when i use my normal usb wireless logitech mouse.
The mouse however works well when i plug it with direct usb C > usb A converter.
anyone experienced this?

coming from windows user, 1st time using Mac here, this mouse thing is quite different between 2 platforms.

To scroll page down, by maintaining mouse scroll down.

Windows
trackpad - push up
mouse - scroll down

Mac
trackpad - pull down
mouse - scroll down

I know there is a setting in mouse/trackpad for the natural gesture. But when I changed the setting in trackpad, it will subsequently change the mouse setting in meantime.

Did I miss something?

Hello all sifu, wana ask, do you guys shut down your MBA when you are not using it?
I have been using it the way just like ipad/iphone, just closed my screen when i am not using, and the battery still good, maybe just 1/2% decrease overnight.
Will this cause any issue/problem?

anyone has updated the MacOS to Monterey?
Any comment? I am still with Big Sur.
