when do you being charged after placed order on Apple website?

I placed my order (education price) when 13 Dec,
filled in my card detail,
But until now the status is still "Processing",
and my card still not yet being charged.
There is no email asking me to verify my student qualification too

May I know if I'm missing any step?

Hi all, am considering getting the 16GB RAM as a switch from windows, my work will require loading big datasets on excel, running statistical models on R, and also running javascripts to automate some work on Adobe illustrator.

However my only concern was on the app compatibility issue on M1, as there's mixed review on running Illustrator on M1 as the native version is not out yet, some people have no issue while some cant even open without crashing.

Any owners can share your thoughts or any experience running these tools on MBA? Or maybe I should just stick with windows for my use case?

I'm wondering how long will it take to arrive to my doorstep.

My configuration is the 8-core GPU version with 16GB RAM.

My experience w M1 MacBook Air’s battery usage:
- Started off by charging to full 100%
- Left idle for the night
- Main app: Zoom (total 11-hour classes)
- Other apps used: Firefox, Mail, Whatsapp
- Using WiFi
- Brightness level:(medium) 8 boxes
- Audio: Headphone jack
Left w 24%

Not customised, base model only.

Called to MBB to check the transaction, because i found the transaction not reflected in my MBB Amex yet, so the MBB CS told me is the merchant not yet claim the transaction, so is pending from Apple side, maybe because of education store so it took longer time to process?
