to be fair, for those who want to use Microsoft Edge/Third party softwares or software that can run only in X86 framework, should just stick to INTEL/Windows pc/laptop....they shouldn't consider Mac at all...

Because they want to proved the balance...many people say good then someone need to point out the bad... but the issue here is the bad not relevant at all

i am sure any apple fans here use windows becos of no choice, same as me. i am using bootcamp on my macbook pro 2017 due to work purpose too.

i will never go with any windows laptop as the quality is totally far far behind apple one.

There are genuinely ppl who really like/appreciate the mac and macos, but have some softwares from windows/x86 not available on new m1 platforms. These are genuine use cases/dilemma. They don't intend to make their life difficult....

I can see people selling used MBA on Facebook with the same config as the new base air at 4k.

u can do that with selected few usb3.0 monitor adapter.

Not as easy plug a play though, have to do some research for which if it works.

Have this freaking annoying problem. Just got a new ultrawide monitor with dual HDMI input which I am connecting the MBA through a dock.

Previously on my single input monitor there is no issue to just plug and play. Now, almost everytime if my mac goes to sleep or if switch off the screen, its a nightmare trying to get the monitor to load my mac.

It will always throw me no signal or no just black screen before I have to keep retrying (plug out cable) or switch monitor off-on. Anyone else faced this?
