For those who ordered via apple store, how long did it take for the order to go from "processed" to "shipped"? I ask because I'm waiting for my card to be charged so I can convert to 0% instalment via MBB promotion which ends 31st Dec. I ordered on the 15th, still stuck at "processed"

Anyone here using external monitor through a dock?
My 24" Dell monitor (P2421D) can only go up to 1920x1080 resolution when connected. Text is not sharp at all too. It's supposed to be 2560 x 1440. For reference I'm using this dockthis dock. |

Guys, since getting my machine I have run into this issue where the screen flashes pink and then it restarts. At least 3 times already since I got it a month ago. Anyone encountered this too?
