Hi, recently I'm looking house for family stay purpose. I found most of Taman Pinggiran USJ at Subang Jaya double storey house are around 5xxK at current market.

Im interested on it, will visit these properties in this area.
Not sure if any expert here can give me advise regarding this

This area sounds like Subang Jaya more like Shah Alam.
Not much shops. Near industry area, wher lots of Heavy trucks.

I stay somewhere near there. But i always drive to SS15/ Taipan to get a simple meal.

99Speedmart have 2, kind of badly maintain.
Fresh Mart...kind of expensive and low in variety.
Aeon Mall... This is 100% Halal mall
Giant? Closed already. Unless you go to USJ.
Mcdonald's... Probably the go to the one near BT3 petronas. Thia one crowded, slow, kitchen......u imagine.
Is not under Golden Arc.

Alstonea should have lots of empty units where you may get good deal from developer.

900k even 800k i also cant afford.. unless 700k is negotiable LOL...

where got 900k, what TS mean is taman near the mcd... defnitely not that much..

this area is industrial area... near to federal highway... however, is not a vibrant place... try to check the neighbour is it factory worker stay...

TS is talking about Alstonea where i proposed.
3-storey.

You may get it. Not sure .. is a lot of empty units. Thoae unit now become car park of others. Hehe
