Hmmm I didn’t experience any problem though. Maybe becoz you need to update software to iOS14.2 first?

finally got mine as well! 😃 been a while feeling like a kid w new toy!

The excitement short lived when tried to setup (Quick Setup) as the new phone kept jumping back to language page in the new phone and can’t proceed for many times. So worried have to send back. So thanks to members who shared about diff iOs version and so did it manually and update software first.

Then came the resetting part - again can’t full reset as there’s some error in “downloading something” and i can’t sign off from Icloud account. Frustrated at least 30mins as can’t concentrate during online meeting 😅. Then...! Realized the wifi wasn’t on!😂😂😂. Somehow it auto off wifi connection.

Then, finally can reset and quick setup again. Luckily i had ipad charging brick to charge it while transferring, few minutes away now from using my new ip12!

In the midsts of confusion, installed the SP and my spanking new spigen case! sexy! Don’t you like it when the whole plan come together! 😊

For those who have been transferring data , I've tried both methods (iCloud / Direct Transfer) .

I find direct transfer to be a lot faster and hassle free vs iCloud where it would take almost 1-2 days and yet some apps would still not be downloaded.

I faced the same, the new phone has to have a higher version of iOs 14.2.

Was busy whole day transferring and relogging-in some apps and deleting on old phone. Selling it off
