Regarding your question, yes you need to use the Apple Watch magnetic charger and attach to the stand, then it has a tutorial teaching you to hide the cables at the bottom of the stand.

And no, it only comes with a usb A to C cable that you plus the usb A to a normal socket yourself. Hope this helps 😃

Yup there are stand and like a clear designated area for AirPods as well so you won’t be able to charge same items

I normally leave my device charging overnight so didn’t really pay attention to the speed. But the specs says iPhone wireless is up to 10W while the rest are 5W
