tldr: just wait till the end of the day/midnight, if shipment hasnt cleared, unlikely to receive it tomorrow

What does this mean tho?

Further clearance processing is required.

A DHL representative shall attempt to contact importer or shipper if any further information is required to complete the entry. Customer should contact DHL Customer Service if not reached by DHL
