After 2 hours of queue...

This morning queued then they said don't have, asked my wife to leave her contact info.. Then evening they called and informed they had one unit 256GB available (our ROI was for 128GB) coz the customer that pre-ordered it already got it from a different branch. So we whack la..

Ohh, sorry to hear that. Actually the folks at the branch didn’t really want to take our contact info too but what we did was we called the CS hotline on the spot and asked them how was it possible that they informed us of the booking via the ROI but ended up having no stocks, so the CS asked to speak to the branch folks and they got it sorted out amongst themselves. To be honest I didn’t think much was gonna come from leaving them our number too, but yeah, it worked out. Hopefully you’ll have better luck soon as well!

Yeah, it’s cheaper than the 256GB 11 Pro Max last year as well, which is good. Paid 4350 and no advanced fees

Haha, we have the same case here. I also notice that it’s easier to see the scratches for this blue colour case compared to the clear plasma case previously, I’ve noticed a scratch already on my two day old case, hahaha. Will be on the lookout for a different case during the 12.12 sale next month

Ya, for branded cases I always go for UAG or Spigen, maybe this round can try some other brands like Rhinoshield and Mous

Problem with Apple is one year only release one phone, so boredom tends to set in Previously with Samsung after trying S series for few months then can try Note series, but nowadays I’m avoiding Samsung coz of their Exynos chipsets, hahaha. My appetite to buy and try Android flagship phones this year is also considerably lesser now that the prices have skyrocketed.

Using iPad Pro existing charger and cable, no additional cost, hahaha...

I've not charged my phone yet since activating it last night at 80% battery capacity. Plugged it into my Mac to restore from backup and it was at 82% when I unplugged it last night. So far, after 20 hours or so of standby, 5 hours 20 minutes screen time, 51 minutes off screen usage (phone calls and music) and remaining 24% battery left. This more or less confirms my estimate that the battery life won't be as great as the 11 Pro Max.

Still, probably to early to conclude this. Will need to see if it gets better over usage.

Not yet add the cost of the phone yet bro

I've used the 18W Ugreen USB-C PD one for my iPhone 11 Pro Max, no issues but since the 12 supports up to 20W can consider getting the Anker one which is slightly cheaper.
