Usually i dont touch the phone while charging but since many people here and youtuber says phone get warm while charging blah blah blah ... so hand itchy want to test the heat lor biggrin.gif

you need to call Apple MY line, let them know your request and they will direct you to someone, then you tell them you want to do return or refund with appropriate reasons. Then they will proceed with the request.

For return/replacement, 1st step is they will give you a return number, you need to write on the packaging box. Then they will schedule DHL to pickup the item from you. Once they receive, they will either refund, or send you a replacement.

Bought MacBook and didn't regret it during MCO since my previous laptop died.

Not getting Homepod because not officially launched in Malaysia since we're still very Android oriented.

I managed to link some of my xiaomi product to HomeKit via Home Assistant HomeBridge plugin.

Thats true. I started off with iphone 4, then iMac , then apple TV ,after that apple watch. Once u have the eco system u get stick to it.

I’m also eyeing to setup homekit project started with one smart switch. But my raspberry pi is too outdated. Now start to collect bullet for homepod to Integrate with homekit to play around with smart home

Last time I have a problematic MBP, I called apple and they directed me to the service center with everything informed in advance.

Felt like a VIP, went there and the staff like instantly know what's the issue and took the mbp in.

we buy Apple product without having to worry on after sales support and we learnt to use the product from apple.

even with Andriod Widget we learnt and adapt lols
