Hey bro, I came across the old thread and realised u face issues while ordering from Maxis. The same happened to me.
I could not place order because they claimed that they are doing system upgrade, it affects users with billing cycle from 16-24th of the month.

The sales team did not call me until Sunday when there are no stock left. However, yesterday stock is available again on Maxis store but I still could not place order. No one bothers to do anything and I still could not place order.

It is a terrible experience as they said I have to wait another 2-4 business days from today onwards to get another call. I might as well walk in to the store on Friday.

Appreciate any advice.

Did you fill the registration of interest form on Friday when trying to order the first round? If you did I think they should have called you by now. But anyways, like you said, your best bet would be to walk in on the 13th to the branch closest to you and hope they have the stock for the unit you want.

I had the same issue previously. 2 choice you have.

1) Click on the ROI link, fill it up and wait for Maxis to call you.

2) Pre-order from retailers like Machines / Switch where they allow pre-orders bundled with Maxis Plan.

Maxis screwed up big time for cust it seems this round 

i think the Mini was meant to target consumers who wanted a 2nd phone or perhaps a phone for their children, something compact yet relevant. It will be very very impractical for adults who use it as their daily driver.

Yups. Im waiting to see the mini in person too. But i think it will be too small for me. I prefer to read on bigger screens.

UPS always has that issue....my order used to fly from China - SG - Thailand - MY - SG - MY

Thanks bro. UPS is also shipping my series 6 AW but they keep rescheduling the delivery saying my address is too remote. Hope UPS doesn't screw my package up especially since I think they're also going to ship my 12 Pro Max.
They must be crazy to reschedule twice

I always wanted the Pacific Blue but when I wanted to place order, I asked my sister again whether to get Pacific Blue or Graphite, she said take the exclusive colour, if anything fails just put a casing to cover it.
