I have leaking ceiling at my place. Old house, different leaking area and eventually spread out to another area. Small water fall form and my tenants are scared as the leaking are at the plug area. Is there any solution for this within a small budget around 2 to 3k? I was thinking having another plastic roof covering the old roof so water wont fall directly to my house (haha)

The reason of leaking might because of my neighbour house, he renovated it to double storey house with no longkang beside their roof for the water. I dont know.

Nightmare just began...hope you can find the root cause of the leak.
RM2-3K won't solve it. Sometimes, just RM10 already can solve the problem if you know the root cause of the leak.

Your neighbour got get plan approved by majlis bandaraya? Go report majlis bandaraya for illegal renovation.
You might need replace most roof tiles.

Been thinking of this. But kesian lah to the neighbours. However need to kesian diri sendiri first. What happen next after reporting may I know?
