Hi as the title suggests I'm looking on upgrading my 5/6 years old phone. Thinking of buying the phone outright no installments because saved up enough and installments cost more money in the long run+ didn't want to get tied to telco contract. Honestly I was thinking on getting the 12 at first but the price drop on the 11 pro really made me think again. What do you guys think? 11 pro or 12 thank you!

specification wise, the difference between the 2 won't affect user experience by a significant gap so you'll be fine going with either one. i'm currently using the 6s and the 5s before i actually dislike the rounded edges of the 6s because i find it rather slippery and this is also one of the reason why i decided to go with the 12pro instead of the 11pro (despite the price drop).

if you're not in urgency needing a new phone, i'd suggest that you wait for the actual unit to drop in physical stores and then you get a feel of it and see if you like the way it feels on your hand.

i initially wanted 11 pro max but waiting for worthy price drop was taking forever. Price drop for 11 pro might be biggest on june 2021 based on what i read, as long as there's unsold stock still with the resellers. Hence i straightaway ordered 12 series

I will go for 12 because i love the 12 series design.
