I understand they move very fast, but they also talk a lot. I think they talk very fast too. 1 minute can talk a lot, can cry, etc.

-Lord Zeno instructed all god of destructions to test the durability of the universe tournament stage, hence they are fighting each other. The event happened after Goku suggested to Lord Zeno to held the Universal Tournament between the 12 Universes

Inmanga
-Lord Zeno simply instructed all god of destructions fighting each other to kill his boring time. The difference between the anime counterpart is, they fight hardly as if their life depends on it. Some also resolve to trickery and cheat technique. Lord Zeno bored with the fight since the god of destructions power to imba but Goku interrupted and suggested that "why not having a tournament that participated by the respective universe's strongest fighters instead of among god of destruction?". Lord Zeno agreed and hence the Universal Tournament will be held.

In anime, the battle between god of destructions happened after Goku suggested the tournament between universe. In manga, it happened before Goku suggested the said tournament.

ahhh yes, in the anime the top universes gods did fight, totally forgot about that non climatic battle,
as opposed to the manga where beerus was wiping the floor with the other gods.

the exhibition match was between universe 6 and 7. not between god. if i'm not mistaken.

Diff between manga and anime is that now the viewership in Jap TV are more PG plus the airing time was early morning on Sunday, a lot of restrictions there, that’s why anime version handle by Toei and Toyotaro was less badass, less violence and less blood while in manga, Toyotaro has the full authority to draw the storyboard with violent, badass and bloody.

As you can see the battle between the gods, it was very badass and violent where you can see them bruises here and there.

This week Goku blue form will be defeated by kefla (kale & caulifla potaro fusion) and towards the end he will power up to ultra instinct form.

Goku ultra instinct form will last very short and gone again...so we can see ultra instinct back at least for few more times

There is a theory that eventhough Akira Toriyama totally rejected DBGT but some fans persuade Toriyama to bring back SSJ4 due to high deman on that form.

So this Ultra Instict form might be Akira Toriyama's answer to the fans requested.

There is also a theory that after Ultra Instict, next Goku will grow tail and become ape form like DBGT's SSJ4. But please Toriyama, that form is ridiculous laaaa. SSJ4 was a mistake. Even Toriyama himself also said previously that DBGT was a mistake.
