Yup! It was the time travel machine from future to the present which re-write the history therefore created a new timeline... I kinda like this arc and the OST, it was just awesome!

i also notice that mai/shu/pilaf was in original dragon ball and mai looks to be an adult when goku was a kid in dragon ball
now goku is grandfather but mai is little kid?
trunks hair turn blue from purple?

iinm there already 2 villain previously that looks like goku, cant they just create another villain or something
the storyline is interesting right now but feels like its not going to be as good as dbz or naruto, i feel like they just messed up the story not sure how they gonna continue dbs story for dbgt to make sense..
or is it really dbgt is not counted as main story anymore

There is a theory that the trio Mai, Pilaf and Shu manage to collect all 7 earth dragon ball and wish for returning to youth after Buu saga.

The story kinda mess up because they toying and manipulating with timeline. Now Dragon Ball wanna try to be like western superhero movie by entering multiverse.

Correct me if Im wrong but Akira Toriyama may not count DGBT as canon. The trio Shu/Mai/Pilaf is also one of key point
-In GT,trio Mai/Pilaf/Shuu already old when they succeed found Dragon Ball finally after many attempts and instead wish for eternal youth, they wish that Goku become kid again, which was different from Super where Toriyama mostly involves. The Trio manage to collected all 7 DBs and wish to be kid again, hence they look kiddy during Super era.

the goku black arc was supposed to be "dark" and "serious" arc ... turns out it was nothing special ... dbs rumoured to end after xeno tourney anyway ... so just sit back and enjoy what ever toriyama throwing at us

For me it's a good arc, toriyama only focus on drawing, it was toritaro who arrange all the storylines, that's why there are some diff between the manga and anime

I tot Master Roshi is still live. If already dead pun, can still find him in the heaven or after dead realm. Heck even last tim Goku also can still fight Buu even he already dead with halo on top his head.

no false, some sort of hybrid form, blue striking lighting but keeping the super saiyan mode but his eyes were white, something like Brolly type

LOL beck_ken, u should go watch back DB movie (cant remember which one) but the one vs Lord Slug, then u'd understand the "false" concept ... i agree with leo with this ... it have the same characteristics as false super saiyan goku in the movie

I think, there is also a remake of Dragon Ball adventure when kid Goku first met Bulma and they collected all 7 Dragon Balls until they meet Pilaf and gang. During the boss fight, kid Goku almost went Super Saiya but did not. It just showing a powerful aura surrounding his body as if he went Super Saiya.

I think on that movie, they use the design of kid Goku from DBGT.

mafuba i think is to seal Zamasu cuz Zamasu is immortal. Vegeta gonna deal with Black, hope he would put up a good fight.

for years, vegeta always be a side kick for Goku, battle after battle he always be the first to challenge and be the fastest to be defeated! Seeing how's Trunks's false SSB can at least gave Black a good fight, Vegeta should redeem himself for this!

Damn! Why they wasted Gohan's talent? After Cell saga, he was getting weaker and weaker, thanks for Toriyama transform him to be a scholar and a family man. I really want to see Gohan at least contribute one more time. The last time he fight during Resurrection F, he kinda weak.

It's definitely a waste but in terms of character arch, it is definitely good to show not all people continue to pursue martial arts. Some have better option in life..

Fusion of Zamasu and Black to become Supreme Kai! Damn, the looks so evil and kickass

I like this week ep 63, Vegita finally redeemed his pride, his fight with black really ass kicking, the scene where he grabbed black's hair and head butt him then release his ki saying "i am the prince of saiyan!!" with rage...damn! when was the last time vegita has that moment of pride?

i can see the fusion of goku and vegita is coming, hints are there especially the appearance of Gowasu and universe 7's kai!

yea most probably since kaio shin told them about how he separated with kibito by using namek's dragon balls.
hopefully vegito tho cause gogeta still have that time restriction.
