If you're satisfied with your current telco, better to sign up with telco because there's subsidy than buying outright.

Don't go for the Zerolution/PhoneFreedom/EasyPhone because even tho you get to upgrade after 2 years, I still don't think it's worth the amount unless you want to upgrade but you have to return your current phone to them.
