Hello guys, I am planning to get the 16" ADVANTI STORM DST S1 for my Vios(NSP151).

I am wondering, is it a great Rim in terms of durability? Is it worth getting over the stock 16"?

Btw, mine is the Silver Vios, planning to get the Gloss Black one...

16' for vios? Wouldn't your car be struggling to get up to speed?

Would not because the Advanti DST is lighter than the stock rims actually, maybe by as much as 1-2kg/pc.

Have you checked the tire prices for the 16" and 17"? If the difference isn't huge, go 17".

16" has always been the odd duck. 15" and 17" comes in more sizes and more common.

17 on a Vios will be wafer thin profile tires resulting in harsh ride like a tuk2, high risk of bent rims and pregnant tires.

Didn’t do research so he will have to check himself. I’m using 45 and 40 profile lol

Your 45 is from 225 and 40 from 255 so still got 10.1-10.2cm sidewall height which is nice enough. On a Vios for 17 he needs to use 205/40 or 205/45 which are just 8.2-9.2cm sidewall.
