I'm looking into cloud solutions server any recommendation between this provider, Min requirement 4 Core / 8GB Memory / 200 GB Storage.

Location will be either in Malaysia or Singapore

Preferred for fast DL/UP speed

The server will be installing WHM/cPanel (VPS License)

Google cloud, aws, azure and alibaba cloud are too expensive and their vps management ui are too cluttered. Its good for enterprises but overkill for small-medium scale.

I'd go for the smaller ones like linode, digital ocean or vultr. Personally I've used vultr. Cheap, awesome management panel and free backup too.

I'm using a few vps instances in DigitalOcean(SG). Mostly for web hosting. Cheap and fairly fast. Running Ubuntu Server LTS. All on 1 vcore, 1GB. Not using any control panels.

Now looking at ovh.net in SG. Comparable pricing. Seems to have lower latency to my Unifi than DO.

What about VPS?

I have an issue with Google Cloud where they shut my cPanel server temporarily for hours due to the unavailability of resources. Can you imagine the support emails and calls I get from 50 clients?
