What to do if receive wrong order from foodpanda? I order rm18 only, but received someone's order worth rm42.

Already inform the rider it's wrong, but he said just take it since he lazy go back to the shop.

So I just eat it like no one's business? Feel bad for the family that received my order.

Then what to do. I ain't going to the shop for their mistake. I already inform the rider and he don't want to take responsibility also.

Receipt number is 43 (belong to someone else), but the plastic got written 44 (my order number). The shop screwed up.

U can ask for refund actually, just contact the CS and show pic not ur order, so u get free expensive meal and full refund

i mean..tell that order number to FP CS...hopefully FP will reimburse thm with coupon or something..

The other day I lagi power with Foodpanda, they deliver wrong place. Dunno which sohai decided the new condo next to my house should have the same number as my house.

Foodpanda guy see number correct, he just put down the packet and then motorbike away.

take the RM42 food, take a pic and report to get refund. then eat the food.

Food panda going to refund that guy order and ban ur account

you should deliver the order to the real customer. get the address from the rider.

Just contact the customer service through the order and they'll instruct what to do next. Happened to me once, and they just tell me if I can eat it (halal case), then it's free and also asked if I want re-delivery/refund of my original order.

Not his fault la, he send food labeled #44 which supposed to be mine. But inside the plastic are foods for order #43, complete with the receipt.

U can still get refund if u report to foodpanda

you'd be surprised many rider don't even look
they took whatever is inside the basket and leave

supposedly u need to verify with the staff before u leave
but sometime the staff is busy, they just took what's on the basket and leave
seen it with my own eyes

i order self collect, my order taken by panda rider. yes they don't check

happened to me once..

rider just left the food with the wrong person... without even asking his name.

luckily that guy returned the food to me..

Some not rider fault but sohai shop. I had 4 orders with grab(not panda) they give me 3. I ask rider he said he too ask shop and shop worker said 2 order inside 1 packaging box 🤔😬 later I go home open see 1 order in box nia. I terus complain and later give shop 1 star.

this one same case as my friend's burger stall

i pre-order it so i don't have to wait
reach there, he told me the worker took it and deliver to someone else
end up wait there for like 30 minutes for the worker to come back, tell him he got the wrong order...took the new order back to exchange the wrong order back to me

No way you can return back the food to intended owner

Either you throw or just eat it, you can also make further complain to compensate the missing rm18 food

i ask the shop to make another for me. they did and prioritize my order

Courrier dont want to go back to restaurant cause they dont get extra money.

That is shop mistake put the wrong number.
