Hi guys,

My friend got one swollen jelly like type at her eyes balls. First she said it's sting abit, then the eyeball became red then there'll be jelly-like popping out visibly at the eyeball white colour area there.

Now I'm asking her to wash her eyes with filter water, put warm towel on her eyes hoping to get better. Why is it?

Is it some eyes infection or?

Probably Styx.

WFH does that when you fixed your eyes on the computer screen.

Have she gone to the doctor ?

If you are unsure, better ask an eye specialist for 2nd feedback. This type of issue is serious and need professional consultation.

Sometimes excess rubbing can do that. Stop doing that and it will go away

Could be conjunctivitis. May need some eye antibiotic ointment. See doctor before it becomes infected.

Some good information about what your friend probably has is here: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/disea...-conjunctivitis

Conjunctivitis is easy to spread so you should be careful to wash your hands often after being with your friend, and please don't touch your eyes either.
