There are actually two Hoong Kee. The Kepong one is called new Hoong Kee. There is another Hoong Kee inside Publika shopping mall chinese food court. I find the noodle made by that Publika stall is different from the other normal wanton mee stalls, in a good way. You should go there and try sometimes as I really don't know how to describe that. It is a bit more expensive than the Kepong Hoong Kee, but the noodle portion is bigger. You ask for small size it is already feel like large size compared to the normal stalls.

The prawns very big size. But yes expensive.

That kind of noodles you either like it or dislike it. But it is different lah from all other wanton mee noodle in Malaysia. Noodle portion is small though, while the prawns big.

maybe close in bandar sri damansara and reopen in kepong?

hmm then what about the other hoong kee in publika?

Economy is bad

Used to have many branches all over KL, but many close down during last few year
