so u need do more training,u can`t have succes if u malas training
wake-up early tomorrow morning and start sprint at somewhere brows.gif
sprint at beach is better which can improve your speed,i already get benefit from beach training,it give me more speed,stamina + make my legs more strong

Its good lah if they got tryouts like this....good way to find fresh talents....I think that what the FAM should do....drop all their senior players and have a nationwide audition...confirm can get good response....Imagine, the prize, playing for your country !

aiii...dun say...d...dem sad..waited freaking 6 hr ..juz to run a...lap...den didnt ...pass...go home...zzzzz....i din get to pass the speed test...it was 8 sec to qualify to next round...i 8.07...-.-'...dem dissapointing

extra .07 sec, did u double check with the guy that taking the time whether he play with his d*ck yesterday??? he might respond a bit slow...

Hey i watched the show,those who fail can still go to the next tryout (diff venue) even if they fail the first time. There is no need to wait until next year. Why not try again? thumbup.gif
