U can get the form from the cc who hosting the competition or go to SMM office or website to register.
U can submit to the cc or to lim also can

For those who are joining this Sat and Sun competition in Johor do come at 10.30am if u have any difficulty do call Lim.

U call lim and pay the money then sure confirm got place lor

Normally the closing date for registration is a day before the competition. actually this question ask a lot of times u should read post lor

And the form can get from the participating cc. If the cc is already out of form then u can just send ur team members name, ic number contact number and indicate your team name n leader and then e-mail to Lim or my email address which can be found in the first post. And then give Lim or me a call after u have done so k.
