Hi,

If we need to do circumcision at a Govt hospital for baby boy 8months, after some UTI infection, fever, etc. caused by lack of circumcision, as per specialist advice. How will that work ? How soon can get appointment/operation in Govt hospital these days of covid? In KL. UMMC/HKL ? Any recommendations..
THanks.

Really appreciate everyone's quick advice. I got the idea now, so it's win-win in both cases, if critical, they'll schedule fast, if not critical, they'll prolong (which is not a risk for baby anyways, if they diagnose so).

Thanks !!

Btw, actually the problem was, baby was treated for fever/infection at the private hospital using insurance, where the specialist recommended this operation. But, insurance (AIA) said they don't cover circumcision (unless it's for medical reasons) and rejected specialist claim citing it's not medical reason for circumcision and can be treated with other means.
