Mira 1k sqft is 3+1, Anya 1k sqft is 3R. Personally, for me 1.2k sqft above 3+1 or 4R baru ok, won't feel cramped

I’m just curious how he decide that Hilltop and Shorea worth the money compared to other products launched at the same time. Based on his few posts up, does he still felt like it was a good buy?
