I see some construction next to Jaya Grocer at Ioi Rio, it's part of the Ioi Rio integrated development but I don't know what type of units are there and if there's a specific name for that block

I saw they mention Office Park and Office Tower, am not sure if Office Tower refers to those, while Park refers to the existing completed one behind Jaya Grocer ...
