Not too expensive, so it's good for first time buyers.

I guess the main consideration is the location and neighbourhood.
Not too near highway but at least it's a straight road.
Note that nearby you have some industry and quite some (disused mining pools?) of various sizes.

Have you checked out the condos at Lebuh Puteri by IOI / BRDB?

I see some construction next to Jaya Grocer at Ioi Rio, it's part of the Ioi Rio integrated development but I don't know what type of units are there and if there's a specific name for that block

The name and sign was part of the fence, but you won't see it unless you were parking into Jaya Grocer
