Ole strengths:
1) Not toxic like Mourinho.
2) Not "Park the bus" style.
3) Exactly know the position that need to be reinforced
4) Encourage club to invest heavily in academy.

Ole weaknesses:
1) Not rotating players until they are injured.
2) Weak in tactical plan (e.g. late in making subs, no Bruno no party, not sub out Fred even he already on edge of getting red card)
3) Stubborn (e.g. Keep playing Pogba along with Matic. Use slow Matic to cover slow Captain.)
4) Keep using players he trusted only, even totally not in form.
5) Know what position to buy, but always want expensive players.

Summary:
I would rather to have him to realize his weaknesses and improve himself, instead of changing coach again. But he is just so stubborn ....
