FYI in europe, when they put wiring, it's covered in pipe. meaning the wire would be inside the pipe…therefore, if you would like to change or update the cable/wire, you can pull them out and just push the new one in..there, u dont need to hack down the walls

Yes, you can. If zig zag is your concern then put a rope as you pull the old wire out then use the rope to pull the new wire in.
