Cat6A supports 10G ethernet up to 100m. If you need to move further up in speed for future proofing, you should install Cat 8 cables that supports 25G/40G, but it is only for up to 30m, for data center applications.
If you are going for Cat6A cable, I would recommend installing the shielded version of Cat6A, rather than UTP. Make sure the jacks, panels and patch cables are all Cat6A shielded. BTW, Cat6A uses RJ45.
