TV host and entrepreneur Neelofa, 31, will be ending her singlehood soon, after her mum Noor Kartini Noor Mohamed confirms that "someone special has come into her life".

On Nov 1, Noor Kartini took to Instagram to share her gratitude to God for finding a match for her daughter.


"The moment I've been waiting for is finally here. You've brought someone special into her life who will guide my precious angel. I am confident with Your choice for her, that this person will make her happy and complement her and support everything she does."

The man in question seems to be Muhammad Haris Muhammad Ismail, or better known as PU Riz, 25, as a photo of Noor Kartini sandwiched between Neelofa and PU Riz accompanied the post.

PU Riz shot to fame in 2016 as a contestant on the fourth season of Pencetus Ummah, a local Islamic reality series. He has since built his career as an actor and a motivational speaker.

Astro Awani said a merisik ceremony (a traditional ceremony where a man visits his potential bride's family) was held on Nov 1, prompting Noor Kartini's joyous sharing.

Astro Awani also reported that Neelofa will tie the knot at the end of March 2021.

However, neither Neelofa nor PU Riz has confirmed their relationship.

Previously, in a report by Berita Harian, Neelofa denied she was in a romantic relationship with PU Riz.

Seeing and reading behavior of PU participants in their private lives, I am prejudiced against them as psycho/sociopathic religion riders.

This Riz guy wont be any different. After all, real ulamas dont chase glamor and popularity. There is no greater show of moral high ground than actually walking it, and so far, all I see from them are empty sermons.
