I'm a newbie on stocks, so I have no idea how rights issue works.

The stock of interest is PRESBHD (5204).
For example, I've held 3,000 PRESBHD shares past the EX date, so I'm eligible for 1,000 rights shares at the price of 0.20 each.

How do I get the rights? Buying it from where?
