And, if you understood how the human body works, you will know that it is IMPOSSIBLE to get constipation from eggs, because they have no fiber. Most likely, you've fudged up your gut microbiome with all the artificial sweeteners you've been ingesting.
Also, eggs are definitely cheaper. That one container of ON Gold @ RM180 for 70 servings I can buy
at least 250 eggs, and if I eat
3 eggs per serving (and I do), that's 83 servings.
If you want to count "protein per gram", then might as well compare it with soy la. super cheap low quality stuff. LOL.
