I recently got charged Autodebit 02085 EGTB. What is it ya? And why I kena charge so suddenly?

House fire insurance annual premium.

If your condo oredi purchase, you can request cancellation by forwarding them a copy of the policy.

Do update them yearly b4 expiry, otherwise auto debit repeat

u need to write to the developer to get a construction all risk (CAR) insurance, send to ur banker for refund

Is Certificate of Insurance enough to request for refund?

Yes, you have to do this annually.

Make sure your name and unit number is on it.
