Confirmed from the PIC who called me, show room expected to be ready by Dec, and Development commencing 2021, the piece of land behind Nadayu..

950 sf without balcony, only corner lot 1200sf with balcony.
What a waste, surrounding by nature but couldn't enjoy the view from balcony ..

how much is it selling?

So far still no indicative price per sq/ft?

heard it is RM550psf

I did receive a call from their promoter last week and was told that the price per unit is from approx. Rm500k onwards.
The site is exactly behind Nadayu 63 condo, before the Nadayu bungalow lots.

The 1200 sq/ft units are with balcony and should be facing Bukit Tabur.
He also confirmed that there won't be any Rumah Selangorku for this development as I told him that for the other developments nearby, such as Residensi Permata, Upperville, and a proposed new development at Kemensah come with Rumah Selangorku

I think there is oversupply of condo in Melawati.
