Of course satisfied, my car they changed the whole panel and bumper for one small fender bender. Repair bill came out around 4kIf fixed outside probably about 700 only.
But you must understand that if manufacturer workshop charge back insurance companies that amount who's gonna pay at the end ? It's you.
No matter what the option to pick which workshop must be available.
