Radon half life is 3.8 days

Unless the materials are known to emit or the in spaces like basement without ventilation, these gases can accumulate yes.
Testing for Radon is more prevalent in HK than here. Actually also I wonder why. Perhaps negligible risk except in special conditions as this research says https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jrras.2017.08.001 I would say asbestos is higher risk with houses built in the 60s and early 70s. |
