 Why do many fans with air con HARDLY WORKS, WIND CHILL EFFECT

Have you recently entered outlets that installed many fans(ceiling and wall) together with air con and yet you do not feel comfortably COOL? If you NOT, kindly have a go. You can comment here here how did you feel.

still waiting for response those who walked in outlets with air con n fans. I do not mean house or office with single air con.

Flexibility is the word. On and off any units according to preference. Fans are slide up for better circulation instead of blowing straight towards people or down.

Kindly read the question posed and didnt realize the threads in lowyat forums are personal private that only selected few can pose threads. My bad I guess. Appreciate your experience that sweet words do not work on you because perhaps MLM is all about sweet words, thank you for the insight as will be carefull about the next MLMmers.
