Building a Home Office Desktop

Hi guys, my friend is building a home office desktop, budget is around 3.8k including a nice monitor. This is for working purpose, not for gaming purpose, no GPU is required. She is currently working in E-Commerce, uses basic software like Slack and Google Chrome only. Any Suggestion?

just buy 1 laptop she likes and buy 1 monitor, 1 keyboard and 1 mouse.

For chrome and slack, rm 2.5 also more than enough. Stretch to 3k for double monitor setup.
