i mean same brand.. Nokia, SE, Etc.. but juz made from china?

Legally yes, you can sell china hp set here as long as the company that selling those HP is registered legally.

hmm... kastam set however i think isn't allowed. Due that the phone doesnt even had warranty.

Kastam set was water set confiscated from those smuggler. So I don't know you can sell here or not but you do can ask Nokia/SE etc. to authorize the phone and buy warranty from them for a prices.

If kastam, u better wait for mod to answer you.

you can sell ori set, ap set, 2nd hand as long as it is genuine nokia, SE or motorola, LG etc and not waterset (not SIRIM approved, smuggled phone, no warranty).

IMHO, there's nothing wrong selling a phone irregardless where it is made. You just have to make sure it reaches our shores legally and not through smuggling, etc.

As for infrigment, copyright, etc - that's not for LY.net to catch or worry.

Actually we do prohibit IP-infringing stuff, or at least the uber-blatant ones, from being sold here.
